I tried searching for this, and I came up empty, so if this is a repost, I apologize.

I've noticed that with items with cilckable effects. when the item is clicked the cast time bar does not display.

I noticed this with the following items:

Composers Greaves
Composers Chestplate
Denon's Drums of Declivity

These haven't slowed me down as they are only 3 second cast time (as all bard songs). I noticed specifically with Occlusion of Sound (found on the Drums) that de-buffing a mob was much more difficult with this bug, as I had to wait for the spell affects to land on the mob in order to know that the debuff had landed.

Is there a way we can connect the bard item clickies to trigger the cast time window?
